The payouts can be omitted via the switch API_SKIPPAYOUTS⇒1;. This way they will not be collected.

Enter API Key

At https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/apikeys you can view the API Keys. The secret key is required for Xentral to collect the payments from Stripe. In the business account under the Live Import you can enter it as follows:

API_USERNAME⇒sk_live_xxxxxx;API_DAYS⇒3;API_ALLPAYMENTS⇒1;USE_PAYMENT_INTENT⇒1;

  • API_USERNAME → Secret Key from the Stripe Dashboard

  • API_DAYS → Collect payments from past x days

  • API_ALLPAYMENTS → Can be 0 or 1. If 0, only deposits will be imported. On the other hand, if the parameter is set to 1, repayments will be imported as well.

  • USE_PAYMENT_INTENT⇒1; → The last_trans_id is entered as the booking text.
