You can import existing product master data from other systems or documents into Xentral. The data must be available in a CSV file.
You can follow the following information:
Product
Matrix products
Warehouse
Bill of materials
Purchase prices and sales prices
External numbers
Properties
Batches/Best before dates
Shop links
Apart from the product data you can also import product images, either in combination with the product data or subsequently. You can find more information on how to import images in the Using product images article.

We recommend that you check your data for duplicate entries and correctness before the import to avoid discrepancies, duplicate records and errors during import.
